Privacy Policy
This plain-English policy explains how Zypo.pk handles information submitted through its chauffeur-driven booking system.
What we collect
We collect the customer’s name, phone number, email address, selected identification type and identification number, manually entered address, pickup location, booking dates and time, selected vehicle, consent record and payment status. For passport identification, we also collect the issuing country and expiry date.
How we use it
We use booking information to verify the request, prevent fraud, calculate availability and price, coordinate the driver and vehicle, communicate with the customer and administer the service. We do not sell customer information.
Identity-document safeguards
CNIC, NICOP and passport numbers are encrypted in the database, masked by default in the admin area and available only to authenticated administrators for authorized verification. Full identity-document numbers are never placed in receipts, emails, WhatsApp notifications, URLs, logs or payment metadata.
Location information
When Google Maps is enabled, location suggestions are provided through Google’s mapping services. The customer also enters a full address manually in case map information is incomplete.
Retention
CNIC, NICOP and passport information submitted under the current booking policy is retained indefinitely for identity verification, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal-record purposes. Older bookings accepted under the previous policy remain scheduled for secure CNIC deletion 30 days after completion. Other records may be retained for accounting, support and legal requirements.
