Service Completion Policy
Each booked day provides a 12-hour driver shift. The driver returns the vehicle to Zypo when that day’s shift ends.
Daily service period
The shift begins at the daily pickup time confirmed in the booking and ends 12 hours later. The same schedule repeats on every selected booking date.
End of each shift
No customer drop-off or vehicle-return location is required. The Zypo driver remains responsible for the vehicle and returns it to Zypo after every shift.
Fuel
The vehicle is provided with a full tank at the start of the rental and must have a full tank at the end of the rental. Missing fuel is charged at its actual cost plus a Rs 500 refuelling-service surcharge.
Vehicle care
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Please remove personal belongings at the end of the shift. Unusual cleaning or damage may be chargeable.
Personal belongings
Check the vehicle before the driver leaves. Contact Zypo promptly about anything left behind, although recovery cannot be guaranteed.
